2005

Yum! Brands, the owner of KFC brand, and Rosinter Restaurants Holding announce the establishment of a strategic alliance. ROSTIK’S-kfc becomes a separate business unit within Rostik Group.

The Real Estate Department becomes CorpEstate, a holding company which should manage all Rostik Group’s real estate assets and ensure further development of the business across Russia and the CIS countries.

Rostik Group acquires production and storage facilities in the village of Zelyony (Moscow Oblast, Noginsky District).

As a result of restructuring, Rosinter Restaurants Holding forms three core business units: the Moscow BU, the Regional BU and the European BU.

The new Russian Concept opens its first restaurant, 1-2-3 Café.

A new restaurant format is launched with the first restaurant complex at the Moscow Youth Palace.
